Finishing Move/s:

Rosen Krone: A constricting reverse headscissor with intentions for tap out or pass out and with the power all in the thighs, much like the one seen here.

Personality: Having come into the wrestling world with a quiet and professional approach, the brighter sides Lydia's personality blossomed in the limelight, which is why she earned the rights to star on the small screen. Through her actions and skilled acting, fans see her as something of a charismatic superwoman, and though Lydia is not an especially boisterous individual, she has embraced that perspective. She has a charm, cunning, and self-assurance that can be magnetic, and she has embraced the notion that she should present herself as something of a heroine (if a dark one).

These antics generally go against her nature, since she would prefer to quietly go about her business and accomplish her goes...but she does have a need to be adored, brought on by an upbringing with a distant father, for her cleverness and talents. Obviously, this can also be a downfall. Her confidence has become cockiness, and she revels in knowing that she is stronger, or generally better, than others. Her vanity is not overt, generally coming across as an air of superiority. She almost acts amused when someone dares to assume they may stand a chance against her. Lydia would turn down no challenge to reveal herself the superior one, however, and in the past, she has obviously supported her confidence by dominating the weaker opponents in other wrestling promotions.

Her quirks include a small obsession with tending to her social media, getting into passive-aggressive debates with others on social media, and giving attention to younger wrestlers/potential wrestlers who tend to think as highly of her as she does. Additionally, she has an eye for opportunities to prove herself against men, in response to her distaste for the way her father treated her as a child.

History: From a young age, it was evident that Lydia Hawthorne would excel in one of her many interests, which tended to occupy her mind and keep her from her single father, a man who refused to tell her a great deal about her mother and didn't have any patience for a daughter himself. Lydia grew independent, and learned to prove herself, for her own benefit and confidence, to her peers and the fans who cheered for her in her various forays into sports and other extracurricular activities. They seemed to assign much greater worth to her than her father, so she began to work tirelessly to improve herself in the ways that could further endear her to these crowds.

Wrestling soon became her primary passion. She wrestled scholastically and in a local promotion, and the day she entered the gym where the locals trained, her determination and tireless work set her apart from the rest. In sync, Lydia found success in both forms of wrestling...but the fanfare of professional wrestling appealed to her much greater, once she started to gather "groupies" and more traditional supporters, especially once she transformed into a sculpted, beautiful young woman who crushed all who encountered her. She moved easily to a regional promotion, then quickly to a financially ill-fated international promotion, becoming a champion at every level with a cult following.

A cable broadcasting company came to her with a unique offer, once her promotion dissolved; they wished for her to become a television star. She was, they told her, already the perfect candidate to play their leading role, a fearsome female dark knight who cleansed the countryside of its evils. To some fans' surprise, she accepted, and Lydia, while not a natural actress, fit the role of the cool, calculated military leader, and the show was a success...that only lasted for four quick seasons. Nonetheless, Lydia's celebrity grew from the experience, and talks immediately began of her return to wrestling. For a time, she was content to turn down the offers and let the promotions fight over her with apparent disinterest...until someone from LAW decided to call her scared to return.

Arlise typically presents a confident and focused, if not a little forceful and intimidating, demeanour. She takes pride in her skills and values her time in the ring as an opportunity to represent herself as a talented competitor. Self-assurance radiates from her when she's on the mats, and often doesn't fail her in other aspects of her life, either. The fear she hides, that she might fail and return to being a nobody, thus stays reasonably well-hidden from even those who might become her closest friends. Similarly hidden (most of the time) is a stern temper, turning her from dignified and pleasant into a composed aggressor. Lise doesn't tolerate the clowns or the dishonorable particularly well, and not only has she unleashed her wrath on them in the ring of her old promotions, but also outside of the ring.

Her composure does not always hold up, however. Because of her determination to gain respect as one of the best, Lise has a tendency to overly push herself when on the receiving end of an opponent's onslaught, leading most of her matches to end with her knocked out or generally unable to move. Similarly, she will frequently lose her composure when she is the victim of humiliation or an opponent's sensuality, though she herself isn't above using sensual tactics in the ring. Her success (and sometimes her health) can be hindered by these traits.

Her high intelligence, however, pins her with some...eccentricities. Lise has a tough time "escaping her own head," as it were, and may be prone to distractions and fascinations both in everyday life and right in the middle of her matches. These can include fussing endlessly over the clothes she chooses to wear, becoming enraptured by exceptionally attractive or interesting people, and very nearly forcing friends to share her interests, which can all or in part be attributed to her unfortunate upbringing. Also, she lacks a proper social filter. She can be overly forward with others, especially her friends, and she appears to be proud enough of her appearance that she lacks in shame.

Arlise knew little about the father who spent most of his life in jail a couple of years after her mother gave birth to her. The important parts, that she shouldn't be like him and that she would have to be an adult early in life to help her mother, she quickly figured out on her own. Arlise was a bright student, diligent around the house, and aggressive with those who taunted her just because of her father's reputation. She had to mature early, and she did so for the most part, minus the emotional outbursts she would tend to have. She began to temper these outbursts by participating in sports, and including those where she could compete against those who were bigger and stronger.

Among these sports, wrestling became her passion. Her focus on other sports and activities dwindled in favor of wrestling when Lise started working some small-time jobs, and while she couldn't dedicate all the time to training that she wanted, she nonetheless became a serious competitor since she could easily pick up new techniques and keep focused on her matches when others were more prone to distraction. She lost the opportunity to have many friends during this busy time of her life, but when the door opened for her to wrestle for money, she had no complaints. Still living quietly with her mother, Lise nonetheless became a fixture at a local promotion, which she utterly dominated.

She became regional, using her earnings to help her mother afford a nicer house and

Wrestling Strategy: The strategy with which Lydia dominated a variety of profession wrestling circuits was never complicated. She begins her matches with heavy, sudden strikes that utilize her agility and overall athleticism. Next, her scheme proceeds into a close-quarters test of her opponent's strength in comparison to hers, where she hopes to make the difference evident; Lydia will literally crush her body against theirs, and use the close proximity for slams, powerbombs, and similar overwhelming moves. When/if the opponent becomes sufficiently decimated by the early onslaught, Lydia looks to efficiently grind them into surrender towards the end of the match, with chokes, skull-cracking scissors, and other submission holds that allow her to bear her head and arm strength against, most often, an opponent's head.
